COMPANY PROFILE
 The executive staff members of
ASTAT Practice Management each have over 20 years of experience in operating
and improving practices. They have expert knowledge in medical office
best practices, financial management, cost control, and growth
strategies.
Alan J. Iezzi, MD is the Founder, President and Medical Director of
ASTAT Practice Management. Dr. Iezzi is responsible for medical practice mentoring
and participates in operations improvements and in monitoring of practice
metrics for our clients. Dr.
Iezzi also operates a successful family practice in Tampa, Florida which
he started in 1986.
James S. Lumia is the Director of Operations
and Technology. Mr. Lumia
joined ASTAT in early 2006 and provides expertise in business management,
technology, and operations. Mr.
Lumia has decades of experience in engineering, software applications, management,
business operations, process improvement and financial analysis.
